My guarantee to you is to provide a great shopping experience at Savvy Silver. I am passionate about jewelry making and hope that passion is apparent in the pieces I create. Even more important, however, is that my customers ♥ the jewelry they buy from Savvy Silver. All items are 100% guaranteed against breakage with normal wear for 3 months. If there is a problem, please contact me as soon as you are aware of such problem. I promise to do everything reasonable to ensure your satisfaction. 
Returns:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase upon receipt, please notify me immediately per my return policy instructions. The returned items must be postmarked within seven days. The item must be returned in the same box and condition with the purchase receipt sent. Returned items MUST be fully insured. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Upon my receipt of the item, I will refund the invoiced amount for the item not including shipping.
Sales Tax (Ohio residents only):
6.5% sales tax is charged for purchases made by customers in Ohio. *My shopping cart used to calculate this number, so you knew the total purchase amount prior to being redirected to Paypal. However, since I am now selling via my SavvySilver Etsy Shop as well, taxes are computed once you get to the Paypal page for checkout (so you don't get double taxed!!).
Payment Methods:
I accept Mastercard, Visa, DiscoverCard, American Express, funds from your bank and Paypal funds, all via the Paypal payment page.
After you checkout, when you click on the "process payment" button, you will be directed to PayPal.com. This does not mean you have to register for a Paypal account in order to complete your transaction. If you would like to enter your credit card information without creating a Paypal account, simply click the blue "Continue" link on the left of the login box at the Paypal payment page and a new screen will appear where you can enter your information.
If you already have a Paypal account and would like to use those funds, you can use the login box on the right side of the Paypal payment page. Regardless of how you pay, I never see your financial information, only the funds which are deposited in my account.
If at anytime you would like to return to Savvy Silver (before or after your purchase), simply click on the return to Savvy Silver link.
SSL Security - Confidence to Purchase Online:
I have taken every step to provide you with security and confidence in making purchases at Savvy Silver. Savvy Silver uses a private SSL, acquired by Comodo, which acts as a secure layer between my customers and Savvy Silver, by encrypting information entered as part of the payment process.
In addition to using Comodo SSL on Savvy Silver, Paypal uses its own SSL encryption methods to ensure that your financial information is safe. On your computer, Paypal verifies that your internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher, when you are either registering or logging in to Paypal. In transit, information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available). Furthermore, your personal information is stored on Paypal's servers and heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further shield your credit card and bank numbers, Paypal does not directly connect their firewall-protected servers to the internet.
