Packaging and Shipping: Your purchases at Savvy Silver are carefully packaged in a sealed plastic bag, then placed in an elegant silver jewelry box (100% recycled material and the box is filled with polyfill) and wrapped in a pretty bow. They are shipped within 3 -5 days after I verify receipt of payment. I mail purchases Monday through Friday, excluding holidays (please remember not to include these days when considering shipment time lines). If for some reason shipment will be delayed, I will contact you via e-mail. I notify customers when their orders have been mailed.

*International Purchases: There are legal restrictions and prohibitions regarding shipping jewelry, precious stones and precious metals internationally, with which I must comply. As such, I am either required to ship items using a specific method (often registered and insured - which is more costly) or I am prohibited from sending them entirely. Even though many online webstores ship their items cheaply, they are not complying with customs laws. I feel compelled to follow these legal mandates for two reasons: (1) My reputation is at stake and I am going to run my business in a responsible manner and (2) I want to make sure the shipment gets to you!
