This handmade Sterling Silver, Agate, Onyx, and Sponge Coral Necklace-Earring Set is absolutely stunning! Featuring black/white Agate gemstones, Onyx gemstone beads, clear Swarovski Crystals, sterling silver beads and rich, vibrant coral beads, this set is sophisticated, elegant and a show stopper.
I strung them on silver-plated Beadalon stringing wire and attached them to a pretty and feminine sterling silver cable chain. I secured the chain with a strong sterling silver lobster clasp and jump ring enclosure. A finishing detail was to string on a coral bead and Swarovski crystal with sterling silver wire.
The earrings are handwrapped sterling silver wire as well, with small sponge coral beads dangling on the end and oxidized sterling silver spacers capping off the coral beads. I handmade the sterling silver earwires as well. Since the coral has been dyed to this brilliant deep reddish color, I used DesignaSeal's glossy top coat as a fixative.
The necklace measures @ 21-3/8 inches long.
The earrings measure @ 1-1/2 inches long.
